INTIX is an independent ticketing, membership and marketing platform that gives sports clubs, leagues, venues and event organizers payouts as fast as the next day and 100% ownership of their fan data.
INTIX was founded in Melbourne, Australia in 2017 and is still headquartered there, with offices in New York, London and Wellington. It runs ticketing for rights-holders across the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. One platform covers the whole fan relationship: tickets, memberships, gameday sales and marketing.
To date, INTIX has ticketed more than 11,000 events and processed more than $75 million in sales, and works with more than 200 active clients worldwide.
What INTIX does
Online ticketing
Sell general admission, reserved seating and hospitality through a checkout on your own website and brand. Fans pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay and get their tickets in a digital wallet.
Memberships and season tickets
Run memberships, season tickets and renewals on the same fan record as single-game tickets. Installment plans, member presales and member-only prices are built in.
Point of sale and box office
Sell tickets, food, drink and merchandise at the gate with Tap to Pay on iPhone and card readers. Every in-venue sale reconciles straight away and lands on the same fan record.
CRM and marketing automation
Segment fans by what they buy and send email and push campaigns from the same platform. Abandoned cart recovery and new event alerts run on their own.
Access control and accreditation
Scan fans, players, media and sponsors on one scanner app. Accreditation for staff and broadcast runs alongside general ticketing.
APIs and white-label checkout
Embed the INTIX checkout on your own domain, or build your own with the API and real-time webhooks. Fan data syncs to HubSpot, Salesforce and ad platforms, including the Meta Conversions API.
What makes INTIX different
Your money, in your own account, never pooled
Every sale goes straight into the organizer's own Stripe account when the fan pays. Funds are never pooled with other organizers or held until after the event. Bank payouts follow Stripe's schedule for your country, with next-day payouts available for a small Stripe fee.
Independent, with 100% of the fan data yours
Every buyer record belongs to the rights-holder and exports through real-time webhooks and APIs. INTIX has no promoter parent and never markets your fans to anyone else.
Marketing, POS and white-label included
Marketing automation, an on-brand checkout and in-venue point of sale come as standard. There is no add-on tier to unlock them. INTIX checkout sits on your own domain.
Direct contracts, flexible terms
Every client signs with INTIX directly, never through a reseller, on terms built around what they need. Most organizers pay as they go with no setup or monthly fees, and larger clubs, leagues and venues can choose a fixed retainer instead.
Primary ticketing only
INTIX never runs a resale marketplace or promotes its own events against yours. Your fans see your brand from event page to wallet.

What clients say
INTIX has truly streamlined the way we handle our online sports ticketing and camp registrations. The platform is quick, easy, and incredibly user-friendly. Navigating the system takes no time at all, and checking people in has never been smoother. INTIX has made our entire process more efficient, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Red Hook FC (UPSL Premier) used INTIX as our primary ticketing platform throughout the 2025 season, and it has proven to be an excellent solution for our club's needs. INTIX seamlessly manages both season memberships and single-game tickets, while also enabling our fans to make donations of any amount through the system. The integrated CRM centralizes our fan data, and the email marketing tool makes sending weekly newsletters simple and effective. The platform is intuitive, and our INTIX representatives are always responsive when we need support. With its user-friendly interface and professional capabilities, INTIX is ideal for organizations of any size looking to streamline their ticketing operations.

The team behind INTIX
Alex Grant founded INTIX in Melbourne in 2017 after years across ticketing, sport and event operations, where the platforms on offer rarely matched what operations staff, venues and leagues needed. The founding idea was that ticket money and fan data belong to the event, so INTIX pays out fast and hands the data over. Alex now leads product as Chief Product Officer.
Co-founder Skye Larson brings 20 years of business strategy, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications across Australia and the UK, including senior communications roles in Victorian government. She now runs INTIX across Europe, the Middle East and Africa from London and leads commercial globally. Outside INTIX, she co-founded The Sisterhood Project, a charity that funds first aid training for parents and carers who cannot afford it.
Judd Goldstein joined as Global CEO in September 2025 after eight years in sports fan engagement technology. Judd moved from product into leading European business development for FanHub from London, then became Global Commercial Director, Fan Engagement at Genius Sports after it acquired FanHub in 2021.
Today INTIX has a core team of around 25 people across offices in Melbourne, London, New York and Wellington, backed by a pool of more than 85 event staff for box office, scanning and gameday support. The team includes specialists in event operations, sports management, venue management, marketing and event technology.
